ITO is a quiet and refined place in Parkview Green FangCaoDi, with a comfortable robatayaki area and exclusive teppanyaki booths that connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. The walls of the four private booths are delightful and cozy.

ITO's dishes are exquisite and diverse. Head Chef Kalok Wong cooks with skill and finesse. He offers robatayaki, sushi, teppanyaki, and pot dishes that please the diners.

Appetizers, such as Goose Liver Monaka, Fresh Yellowtail Carpaccio, and Half Grilled Beef Salad, are fresh and premium. Grilled dishes, like Grilled Wagyu Beef Rib, Ume Shiso Chicken, and Black Cod Saikyoyaki, are delicious and tempting. The signature teppanyaki dishes, such as Australian M5 Wagyu Rib-eye and Goose Liver with Blueberry Jam, are impressive and flavorful, highlighting the unique ITO flavor.
