MY VERY PRODUCTIVE BUSINESS TRIP

"Duration: 5 nights (Friday thru Wednesday)
Check-in: Not sure what happened but seems or feel like they already knew that I will be checking in...
Lobby: SLH feel, for sure.
Room: I guess mine is the basic one but with SLH feel for sure. Lots of switches and electronics I can explore for the first few hours. Fun. Bedding is comfortable and this is the most important thing for business travels.
In-room mini bar: All soft drinks (and a can of Taiwan beer) are complementary, refilled everyday.
Bathroom: Great shower experience (No bath tub but does not bother me), open the draw and you may think you are bringing too much in your luggage...they have everything I need.
Toilet: TOTO Washlet, not sure if I want to expect more.
Stationary: Mont Blanc kit...I wish I had more papers to sign.
Breakfast was included because I am a Hyatt member. Not expected but I took it with thanks. However, if I had to pay, I will skip it because there's always something better outside hotel like elsewhere in the world.
Hospitality: Being greeted almost every time and everywhere when I met hotel staffs. Made me wonder if I was the only guest in the hotel.
Location: Important for me. I mainly use cabs and high speed train in this trip. This location avoids the most traffic within the city.
Conclusion: I will definitely come back to this hotel for my business trip."

"My husband and myself booked 6 nights to stay in Hotel Éclat.
Very happy about our choice. The staff - all in the reception area and lounge were very friendly and helpful. I celebrated my birthday and got a big surprised when we came back to our room after we had dinner, we got a ring and Andy from the reception came singing "happy birthday" and handing me a platter with lovely goodies. A appreciated this warm gesture. My husband asked 2 receptionists if he could buy the book "Small luxury hotels in the world" which was in our hotel room. After inquiry, the receptionist supervisor came to us and gave us a new copy of this book as a gift. Wonder"
EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE

"Definitely the best hotel experience I have ever had! Quick check in, excellent rooms & amenities for our reservation(Dyson hair dryer and warm toilet seat and massage chair and free movies!! - Hyatt status does help), and super hospitable bilingual staffs which made communication so much easier. Excellent services in rooms, they even provided my baby a bath tub and baby shower kit and enough diapers for her 3 days in Taipei (as it's really hard to find small packages of diapers on Taipei!).
Location is great, 2 blocks from subways. multiple ATMs nearby and a bank to exchange your cash 5 min walk from the hotel. 20-30 min walk to Taipei 101, and some nice restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding neighborhood."
